Shipping Policy – StealthPods™

At StealthPods™, we build and ship every pod with the same precision we put into the product itself. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shop to your driveway.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

Made-to-order items (including certain pod configurations) may require additional production time. If that applies, it will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated transit times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, service level, and package weight.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any other fees charged by their country.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
StealthPods™ is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Returned shipments may require additional payment to reship.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. That said, we will always help:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us and we’ll help file a claim and guide you through next steps.

We’ll do everything we reasonably can to assist.

Pre-Orders & Manufacturing Lead Times

Some StealthPods™ products—especially new pod models—may be listed as pre-order or in production.
Orders containing these items may ship once all items are ready. If you prefer partial shipping, contact us before or after placing your order.
