Step-By-Step: From Leveling to Locking

Insert shifter, adjust angle and level, tighten jam-nut to lock, then snap in the IR-pass cover.

  1. Insert laser shifter

    Seat the shifter into the pod housing.

  2. Adjust angle & level

    Use the adjustable core to set pitch and roll.

  3. Tighten jam-nut to lock

    Lock the alignment so it stays fixed under vibration.

  4. Snap on IR-pass cover

    Detents hold the lens securely without blocking lidar.
