Our Story
Designed for precision. Built for stealth.
StealthPods™ is dedicated to making radar and laser shifter installs cleaner, more precise, and more reliable. We build pods that look OEM, level easily, and stay locked where you set them.
Why StealthPods™ Exists
StealthPods™ was created to solve a simple problem: radar and laser shifter installs deserve the same level of precision as the vehicles they protect. Our team combined performance engineering, real-world installer feedback, and modern manufacturing to build pods that look OEM, install cleanly, and stay locked where you aim them.
Built on Experience
From motorsport tuning to integrated electronics, our background shaped an approach that balances form and function. Every design goal is measured against three principles: precision, reliability, and discretion.
Innovation & Testing
- Engineered Geometry: Adjustable spherical core for fine aiming, secured with a bottom jam screw after level is set.
- Materials That Last: UV-stable ASA housings for exterior duty; optional IR-pass acrylic lens snaps in flush via front detent rails.
- Validation: Bench checks for retention and service cycles, followed by on-car evaluations for aim stability and day-to-day durability.
- Production Discipline: Tuned wall thickness, ribs, and press-fit zones that account for thermal cycling and real install tolerances.
Fixed vs Adjustable
Use Fixed pods for factory openings and perfectly level surfaces. Choose Adjustable pods where bumper geometry demands fine correction. Mix and match to achieve the cleanest, most reliable layout.
Our Mission & Ethos
We design mounting systems that disappear into the vehicle while making installation faster, cleaner, and more repeatable. The result is confidence—your hardware is level, centered, and locked, drive after drive.
- Discreet, OEM-like appearance
- Installer-friendly fit and service access
- Reliable retention and alignment over time
Looking Ahead
We’re expanding both universal and vehicle-specific lines, refining designs from installer feedback, and standardizing a library of pods for faster turnaround and consistent results.
